Return and Refund Policy
We understand that things happen and The Cheesecake Goat main goal is to provide fresh products daily. If there is a issue with your order. Please notify us within 24 hrs of your purchase.
We will replace your order. You must bring in the products that was purchased, for your order replacement to be honored. All orders/deposits are non-refundable. Exchange only within 24 hrs of purchase. If you place a order and do not pickup on the schedule pickup date, your order will be canceled and no refunds or exchange/remake will be available. Unless a notice the day of or day before is made to make a new arrangement for pickup. Once orders are placed we do not issue any refunds.
Online orders: You must pickup at the selected pickup day and time chosen. If order isn’t picked up within 15 minutes of your pickup time. Your order will be canceled and no refunds or exchanges/credits will be applied. Unless you call or email to make other arrangements regarding your order.

The Idea (Ingredient 1)
The Cheesecake Goat was founded in December 2011. After working for Michaels Arts & Craft as a part-time job, I found my interest in baking. Then the idea of starting my own baking company was created and formed.
The Creation (Ingredient 2)
I started making chocolate covered strawberries, Oreo, pretzels and suckers for friends and family. Then I moved to small events and over time I realized this wasn't just a small "hustle" anymore. This was a start of my entrepreneurship. In 2015 I enrolled at Dorsey for culinary arts and graduated June 2016. Becoming a Chef/Pastry Chef and obtaining my servsafe and nutrition certifications.

Do you love Cheesecake? I do too! The Cheesecake Goat is a homemade creamy light based cheesecake. Made fresh daily, offering over 25 flavors. In 2018 I created the Sweets Express Tour, traveling to over 10 cities selling my famous desserts. Gaining over 100k followers on social media, I become an overnight success story. At just 29 years of age and the mother of two. There is way more to come. I hope you continue to follow my story.
